Hello all


In the teen am section, you can see the top uploaders for the month. This was installed as a way to recognize those contributing and as a small way of saying thanks.
Unfortunately as of late I feel like there is a quantity over quality mentality. I think a post with only a handful of great pictures is much better than a bombardment of mediocrity.

So isntead of raw post numbers, I'm going to create a new rating system that relies on a combination of posts and your reputation score
You'll notice at the bottom right of every post (including this one) there are a green plus, red minus and a numeric display that indicates rep points for that particular post. Each user that presses plus is voting that they like the post and therefore increasing the reputation of that user.

This system relies on users using the system so please, I encourage you to use whenever you find a post particularly good

its a good idea. #'s alone is not a good system cause then we get posts that are full of pics that have either been posted a million times or are just crap just to get their numbers up.
